Consultancy

As a consultant I work primarily in the areas of language education and the management of innovation in social change processes. My principle activities in these areas in recent years have related to evaluation – both of impact and of ongoing process. In my professional practice I find the frameworks offered by Realist Evaluation (see Pawson and Tilley, 2004 ) to be of significant value. I have also made use of my experience in documentary photography to enhance the social analysis and evaluation services I am able to offer.

  The development of a dedicated project management training programme for the British Council, along with a trainer training package for future PM trainers.
• Teacher Education in India – a photographic documentation (Patna, India | British Council India)
  A major visual documentation of British Council / Government of Bihar support for the development of English language teaching.
