My paper on uses of corpora in ELT: "Improvising corpora for ELT: quick-and-dirty ways of developing corpora for language teaching" can be read from this page. The paper was given at the April 1997 PALC Conference: Practical Applications in Language Corpora, at the University of Lodz, Poland

You may also be interested in a book written with Glyn Jones. It is called Concordancing in the Classroom and has been designed to help classroom teachers start to use computers and language corpora in everyday teaching.
